Eight teams enter the South America August Monthly Final
The South America August Monthly Final begins online on 15 August. Eight teams earned places through the regional qualifier held earlier this month. The winner receives the last South American monthly title of the 2026 season.
Bounty Hunters, RED Canids, LOUD and Olimpo Squad enter the field. SKCalalas, OCX Division, Ninguem Segura and QuieroQueQue complete the bracket. Every team starts the event three match victories away from the title.
Eight teams qualified for the event
The regional qualifier ran across two days at the start of August. Its opening day used a direct elimination bracket. The second day gave the remaining teams another route through double elimination. The leading eight teams moved from that qualifier into the Monthly Final. No invited side replaced a qualified participant. Results from the earlier stage determined who entered Saturday’s field.
The completed qualifier also gave teams time to study their likely opponents. However, every Monthly Final match starts with a new score. Earlier wins provide entry but never provide a free set.
The list contains familiar regional teams
Bounty Hunters entered the qualifier at the top of the regional leaderboard. RED Canids, LOUD and Olimpo Squad followed in the listed order. All four have active South American rosters with recent tournament experience. SKCalalas occupied the next listed place before the qualifier. OCX Division, Ninguem Segura and QuieroQueQue completed the leading group. The final therefore combines established organisations with independent regional line-ups.
LOUD fields KaioDog, FireCrow and Edinho in its current Brawl Stars group. SKCalalas lists Kristian, Rhz and Juan Carlos. Other teams also entered through three-player competitive rosters.

A team leaves the event after one loss
The Monthly Final uses a single-elimination bracket from the quarterfinals onward. Four opening matches reduce the field to four semifinalists.
Two later series decide which teams reach the final. A quarterfinal loss ends a team’s August Monthly Final immediately. There is no lower bracket during this stage. The champion therefore completes three successful matches during one online event. This structure differs from the second day of the qualifier. That earlier phase used double elimination before confirming eight places. Saturday removes the recovery route and rewards a clean bracket run. Each match contains several short sets.
Every match uses a best-of-five set format. Each set contains a best-of-three series of individual games. The first team to win three sets takes the complete match. Maps and modes change between sets according to the tournament order. Teams therefore use different brawlers across one match. A single game victory does not count as a completed set. A best-of-five series ends when one team wins its third set. A 3-0 match uses three sets. A 3-2 match uses all five.

The prize pool covers this regional final
The South America Monthly Final carries a thirty-one-thousand-dollar prize pool. That total covers all eight final placements. It is separate from awards offered by other regions and global tournaments. Final placement determines each team’s payment after the bracket ends. The champion receives the leading share, while other participants receive smaller amounts. The complete pool is not assigned to one winner. Prize money and regional position remain different records. Saturday’s bracket decides the monthly payment order. The season leaderboard combines results collected across several separate competition periods. Bounty Hunters carry the strongest recent record.
Bounty Hunters won the June South America Monthly Final. That victory followed a season containing several strong regional appearances. The August event starts from zero despite that earlier result. LOUD and SKCalalas have also reached important South American brackets during recent seasons. Their experience gives the field several recognised names.
It does not decide any Saturday map before play begins. RED Canids and Olimpo Squad entered near the front of the listed field. OCX Division, Ninguem Segura and QuieroQueQue earned the same final-stage access. All eight teams face the same elimination rule.
The final closes the monthly regional schedule
Saturday’s winner receives the August South America Monthly Final title. The result also completes the region’s last monthly bracket of this season. Later international stages use their own fields and formats. The quarterfinal draw creates the first direct paths through the event. Each winner then returns for a semifinal during the same programme. The final closes the bracket after both semifinal winners are known.
A completed score remains necessary before any team becomes champion. The confirmed field contains eight teams and uses one direct bracket. Saturday’s completed games determine the final order.
The teams represent several parts of South America
Brazilian players appear across several qualified teams. The list also contains competitors from Chile, Mexico, Argentina and Peru. Their nationalities do not create separate scores inside the regional bracket. Bounty Hunters lists Prozy, Portox and Wesley among its main players. LOUD lists KaioDog, FireCrow and Edinho. Their names connect each organisation with the roster that entered the qualifying process. RED Canids entered with CaueBR, Mohtep and Jubileu in its listed group. Olimpo Squad included Pekka, Golden and Brabao. Roster records identify the participants without predicting Saturday’s result.
OCX Division, Ninguem Segura and QuieroQueQue add further line-ups to the field. Every qualified trio earned access through the August process. The Monthly Final then places them inside one direct bracket. The region has already produced different monthly finalists during 2026. The new bracket gives those teams another completed event, not a continuation of an earlier score. Every quarterfinal begins level.
