Nori, Wendy and Poco Changes Detailed

Brawl Stars is giving Nori and Wendy new Hypercharges while Poco receives a separate package of Buffies across his support tools. The three updates do not serve the same purpose. Nori’s MASTER FISHERMAN changes what happens when he enters water, Wendy’s GREEN ENERGY strengthens the protection created by her Shield Generator, and Poco’s changes distribute new benefits across healing, cleansing, immunity and Super interactions. Keeping those mechanics apart makes the update easier to read than treating every addition as a general power increase.

The two named Hypercharges are compact, clearly triggered effects. Nori gains an engagement tool tied to his jump into water, whereas Wendy gains a defensive effect centered on an existing deployable. Poco’s package is broader because it modifies several Gadgets, Star Powers and his Hypercharge rather than adding one isolated move. The result is a useful split: Nori can gather enemies before an area hit, Wendy can shelter a group around a stronger device, and Poco can choose among several forms of support depending on which part of his loadout is active.

Nori Master Fisherman Hypercharge pulls enemies

Nori and Wendy gain new Hypercharges

Nori’s MASTER FISHERMAN activates when Nori jumps into water. Before the area damage is dealt, all enemies are pulled inward. That order is the important part of the mechanic: the pull first concentrates targets, then the area effect resolves around the landing point. It is therefore a positioning change as well as a damage event, because enemies who began at different points are brought into the same immediate space.

Wendy’s GREEN ENERGY works through the Shield Generator instead of moving opponents. The Hypercharge increases the generator’s health and makes it absorb 90% of damage taken by Wendy or her teammates. Its value is shared protection around a specific object: the generator remains the center of the effect, and the protected group benefits while the device performs that role. The contrast with MASTER FISHERMAN is direct. Nori changes enemy placement at the moment he enters water; Wendy improves the durability and damage-absorption function of a team structure.

Those two Hypercharges also show why trigger details matter. An effect tied to jumping into water cannot be evaluated like one tied to a placed generator, and a pull before area damage is not the same kind of benefit as absorbing incoming damage for allies. The confirmed descriptions define where each effect begins, whom it affects and what happens next. Poco’s revisions use the same principle at a finer level: every tool has its own duration, target condition or follow-up benefit, so the package is best understood one ability at a time rather than as a single unnamed buff.

Poco’s support tools get Buffies

Tuning Fork now heals nearby allies for 400 health three times over six seconds. Its Buffie adds a second reward to a successful heal by giving the affected ally 25% reload speed for two seconds. The base effect supplies repeated recovery, while the Buffie briefly helps the healed ally return to action. Protective Tunes covers a different need. It creates a large area for four seconds, removes adverse effects and grants immunity while a Brawler remains inside. Its Buffie makes that area 20% larger and extends the duration by two seconds, increasing both the space and the time available for the protection.

Da Capo! builds on Power Chord’s always-available 300 healing for allies by increasing that healing by 220. The related Buffie rewards healing an ally who is already at full health: that ally receives 10% Super Charge Rate for three seconds. Screeching Solo keeps its 760 damage to enemies hit by Poco’s Super and adds a 0.5-second Silence to enemies hit by Encore. Medics Melody then changes surplus healing into protection. Encore can overheal during the Hypercharge, with the excess becoming a decaying shield that lasts five seconds, while Power Chord projectiles appear in a 180-degree arc.

  • MASTER FISHERMAN: Nori’s jump into water pulls all enemies inward before the area damage is dealt.
  • GREEN ENERGY: Wendy’s stronger Shield Generator absorbs 90% of damage taken by her or her teammates.
  • Poco recovery tools: Tuning Fork supplies repeated healing, while Medics Melody converts overheal into a temporary decaying shield.
  • Poco protection tools: Protective Tunes removes adverse effects and grants immunity inside its area, with a larger and longer Buffie version.
Wendy Green Energy shield generator protects allies
Changed tool Confirmed added function
Tuning Fork Three 400-health pulses over six seconds; its Buffie gives a healed ally 25% reload speed for two seconds.
Protective Tunes A four-second cleansing and immunity area; its Buffie adds 20% area size and two seconds of duration.
Da Capo! Adds 220 to Power Chord’s 300 ally healing; its Buffie grants a full-health ally 10% Super Charge Rate for three seconds.
Screeching Solo Retains 760 Super damage and adds a 0.5-second Silence when Encore hits an enemy.

The update gives each of the three Brawlers a clearly different job. MASTER FISHERMAN is about gathering enemies before Nori’s area damage, GREEN ENERGY is about keeping Wendy and teammates protected through a tougher Shield Generator, and Poco’s Buffies expand the choices inside his support kit. Repeated healing, cleansing, immunity, reload assistance, Super-charge help, Silence and overheal shielding are attached to named tools with stated conditions. That separation is the main practical takeaway: the changes add several kinds of utility, but each one depends on the correct trigger, target or ability rather than applying as a universal bonus.
